10 Day Marathon

Probably one of my favourite things I do is to stay accountable to meals & snacks to achieve your goals! This was KEY for me!

I realized I wasn’t eating enough at all & it was no wonder I felt I wasn’t getting anywhere with my goals! 

Accountability is the name of the game. Going at your goals alone is not recommended for longevity results. It’s always better to do it together, get some fresh ideas & have fun at the same time.

Every 10 days we embark on a new lap of the “marathon”, after all, getting results is not a sprint! We begin in teams of 9 (best experienced with friends & family) and we set out against the clock over 10 days to see which team gets the best results. It’s fun, interactive & incredibly supportive.
