We may share personal information with third party service providers, business partners, affiliated companies within out corporation, or as needed for legal purposes. These third parties have access personal information only as needed to perform their functions.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

The state regulatory agencies will be responsible for notifying the affected end users and any other parties of the security breach.
